For the clients who have no formal in-house skills we deliver a full range of services. We will first spend time understanding the organisation and its requirements and then, based on our agreed findings, we will offer the correct support package to meet these needs. This could be from a simple pay-as-you go service to a fixed fee, fully managed offering; whatever the solution, you will be secure in the knowledge that it is based on accurate, in-depth information.

Our complementary support services are for clients who have an expert in-house, but may need additional regular services from us. It could be to cover holiday and sickness or times when resources are tight and need adding to. We also have very effective support systems in place which can be a real enabler for the in-house IT support team. These will allow them to retroactively manage and control their systems 24/7 and with these tools much of the standard mundane work will be significantly reduced, giving them more time for the more important technical tasks.
